Fire risk assessment is important for any business or organization that has a presence in an area with potential fire hazards. It is also important for individuals who live in areas with high fire hazard potential. The purpose of a fire safety risk assessment is to identify the potential risks posed by fires and make necessary changes to protect people and property.

If you find yourself in a situation where there is a fire, know that the best thing to do is to evacuate. This will help keep everyone safe and ensure that the fire does not spread. If you are unable to evacuate, know that the most important thing is to stay calm and protect yourself from the flames. When it comes to fires, following these steps can help minimize your risk:

-Know your escape routes: Know where the nearest exits are and be familiar with the layout of your building. If possible, memorize the location of all exits in case you need to leave quickly.

-Follow instructions from authorities: If evacuation orders are given, obey them immediately. Do not try to fight the fire on your own; it is too dangerous and may cause additional damage.

-Keep a safe distance from the flames: Do not get too close to the fire or you could be burned. Stay away from furniture and anything else that could catch on fire.

-Evacuate calmly: If you are able, keep your children calm and quiet during evacuation. Try to avoid panic, which can lead to more injuries.

If you are in a room that is already on fire, try to leave the room. Go down the stairs if possible and then outside. If you can't leave the room, try to put out the fire with water or a fire extinguisher. If it's too late for that, get out of the building.

If you are not in a room that is on fire, follow these steps:

1. Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.

2. Get down on the floor and stay low.

3. Hide under furniture if possible.

4. Stay calm and wait for instructions from emergency personnel.
